Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of ThinkTech Advisors, Ed specializes in technology assessments and strategic planning. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Accountancy and Computer Science from Wake Forest University and holds certifications with leaders in the IT industry including Citrix, Microsoft, Cisco, HP and DataCore. With previous experience as senior consultant, IT director and 21 years in the technology industry, Ed is the leader our company depends on for the technical and business knowledge that fuels our success. In his free time, Ed enjoys emerging technology, spending time with his family, mountain biking and the beach.
Chris Barker
Chief Operating Officer
Chris joined the ThinkTech team with the acquisition of Total Computer Solutions in 2025. As their COO and Operations Manager for 19 years, he has a broad knowledge of the MSP industry and its growth opportunities. After obtaining his MBA from Wake Forest University, his experience included managing and operating small client service focus businesses and enjoying the challenges of delivering excellent service to clients. Chris is a High School official and enjoys playing golf and spending time with family on their traveling adventures.
Vicki Pearson
Chief Financial Officer
Vicki joined ThinkTech with the acquisition of Total Computer Solutions in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of financial experience. A CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wingate University and an accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she has deep strengths in financial strategy, budget oversight, cash-flow management and tax planning. She also serves as the Treasurer for Run for Joy, a nonprofit focused on mental health and wellness, where she oversees financial reporting and long-term sustainability. Outside of work, Vicki enjoys family time, travel, tennis and pickleball.
Kristen Kamm
Director of Service Operations
Kristen Kamm brings more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in service delivery, operational efficiency, process improvement, and business management. She oversees service operations and works to ensure technology services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a high level of quality. Kristen combines her technical IT experience with strong organizational and leadership skills to streamline processes, improve team performance, and support the overall growth and success of the business. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a graduate certificate in Project Management from Fayetteville State University. Outside of work, Kristen stays busy supporting her two daughters, who are both active in different sports. She also enjoys staying active herself through golf, pickleball, and working out at the gym. In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite teams, the New England Patriots and Carolina Hurricanes.
Steve Goldner
Director of Innovation
Steve is a self-starter that quickly and independently assesses business technology requirements and is a trusted leader on the team. In collaboration with the senior leadership, he is responsible for establishing the company’s technical visions, developing the services roadmap, and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. He encourages the team to achieve high performance and personal happiness through a sense of purpose and spirit of collaboration. Steve communicates with colleagues at all levels with a genuine sensitivity and commitment to the organization’s development needs. He creates a culture of professionalism, product excellence and process innovation. Steve can present complex technical concepts in a clear, confident, and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical individuals. He brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience from a wide variety of positions to our team. In his time away from the office, Steve loves space technologies and enjoys all things SpaceX, NASA, and martial arts.
